In 2003 Dragonfly Media purchased <i><b>The New Times</b></i> and it became part of a family of publications comprised of <i><b>Shared Vision</b></i> in Vancouver, BC; <i><b>Whole Life Times</b></i> in Los Angeles, CA; <i><b>Common Ground</b></i> in San Francisco, CA; and <i><b>Conscious Choice</b></i> in Chicago, IL. Relaunching with the January 2004 issue Dragonfly Media renamed <i><b>The New Times</b></i> to <i><b>Evergreen Monthly</b></i>. The U.S. publications were later sold to Conscious Enlightenment. Subsequently <i><b>Evergreen Monthly</b></i> was renamed <i><b>Conscious Choice Seattle</b></i>. GAIAM later purchased the publications and with the April 2009 issue ceased publishing these magazines. <br /><br />
